meliflex XT for tube applications 

meliflex XT is specially formulated materials designed for tubing applications features following:

• Phthalate free - no plasticizer diffusion
• Excellent kink resistance and resilience
• Excellent flexibility and softness (Shore 40A to 65D)
• Low drug absorption due to high chemical resistance
• Sterilization by EtO, Beta, Gamma, autoclave at 121°C
• Low density (0.9 g/cm3)
• Good transparency
• Excellent processability
• Easy bonding ( by e.g. solvents, UV cure and single component adhesives)
• Good compression set (i.e. compliance with roller clamp requirement)
