meliflex is manufactured in a clean environment on special designed and dedicated state-of-the-art production lines. The production and the process are operated in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 and undergo continuous in-line monitoring to yield the highest product quality possible. Full line clearance is conducted between each production of different products to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination and the plant layout allows for the distinct segregation of all raw materials and finished materials.

MELITEK operates one of the largest compounding lines in a clean environment. For many applications in the medical industry such as the manufacture of film, tubing and devices, high performance properties can be engineered into the compound within a clean environment not available to most other compounders.
