Exciting news! As of October 2024, MELITEK has a new structure to improve quality, efficiency, and customer service.

We are excited to announce a new organizational structure at MELITEK, effective October 2024, which reflects our commitment to enhance our quality, operational efficiency, and customer service. 

 

Sofie Gram Hansen - Quality Manager

Sofie Gram Hansen steps into the role of Quality Manager, bringing with her six years of valuable experience at MELITEK. She began her journey in the QC lab and has served as the lead of our Quality Assurance & Control since 2022. Her comprehensive understanding of our quality management processes, and her hands-on experience will ensure the continuity and evolution of MELITEK’s quality culture. Sofie is dedicated to further developing our quality team, fostering a collaborative environment that upholds the highest industry standards.

John Standgaard - Operations Manager

John Standgaard transitions from Quality Manager to the newly established position of Operations Manager. With five years at MELITEK, John has played a crucial role in developing our ISO 13485 system and successfully guiding us through two LRQA re-certifications. In his new role, John will oversee all plant activities, including production processes, technical support, laboratory operations, and warehouse management. His extensive experience and leadership will be vital in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across the board while ensuring that quality remain in focus.

Stine Lindved Ladevig - Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager

Stine Lindved Ladevig has been promoted to Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager after 15 years in Customer service, where she has built strong relationships with our valued customers. In her new role, Stine will lead a dynamic team responsible for customer support, order handling, planning, raw material sourcing, procurement, and logistics operations. Stine’s extensive knowledge of our business and her commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential in enhancing our supply chain effectiveness and continued high customer service. 

These strategic appointments reflect our dedication to continuous improvement and excellence in all areas of our operations. We are confident that the leadership of Sofie, John, and Stine will significantly contribute to our ongoing growth and success.
