Production

meliflex is produced on segregated and decicated production lines in a clean environment (unclassified). The lines are all special designed state-of-the-art production lines by same brands to allow redundancy and easy scale up.

The production and the processes operate under stringent routines and undergo continuous in-process monitoring to yield the highest product quality possible.

Full line clearance is conducted between each production of different products lots to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination. The plant layout allows for distinct segregation of all raw materials and finished materials.
