REACH compliance and Substances of Very High Concern
REACH regulation 1907/2006/EC
Please be advised that as polymers are exempt from REACH registration, no registration information on individual meliflex grades can be provided. However, based on information from our suppliers, MELITEK confirms that all relevant monomers and other ingredients in our meliflex products are registered by our suppliers (or their sub-suppliers) and are fully REACH compliant.
Substances of Very High Concern
Based on information from our raw material suppliers, we certify that no substances listed in the current ECHA candidate list of substances of very high concern (SVHC) for authorisation, published in accordance with Article 59 (10) of the REACH Regulation, are present above 0.1% by weight in our meliflex products.As our meliflex products is not intentionally manufactured or formulated with substances listed in the ECHA candidate list SVHC, we do not analyse for these specific substances or compounds in our materials.
